  1. Agreed on all counts. (Bender: I decline the title of Iron Cook and accept the lesser title of Zinc Saucier, which I just made up.)

    Great story about how the alliance with the Federation has allowed corruption to fester and weaken the Klingon spirit. I know Star Trek does it a bunch, but I wonder what the real world statistics and history are for whole ships haring off on somebody’s personal quest.

    Man. I might actually watch a “Kahless The Unforgettable” OVA.

    If Kearn’s cadence is an affectation, he’s maintaining it really well.

    • Yeah, without wars, the Klingon noble class just kinda…hangs out. And I guess skirmishes with The Romulans. We see the Romulans poking the Federation with a stick and bringing them to the brink of war, but we never see if they do that with the Klingons.
